摘要
目的:研究长期静坐对大学生身体成分的影响。方法:选取60名大学生,根据运动情况分成静坐组和运动组。静坐组为每周训练次数少于1次,每次运动时间小于30min。运动组为每周参加运动次数大于等于3次,每次运动时间大于30min,每次运动强度均在中等及以上水平。两组维持在两种状态的时间大于16周。结果:16周的静坐少动,女大学生的BMI指数、腰臀脂肪比、脂肪质量、内脏脂肪面积明显增加,骨骼肌质量明显减少。结论:体力活动不足会改变大学生的身体形态、肌肉质量和内脏脂肪面积。
Objective:To study the effect of long-term sedentary on body composition of college students.Methods:60 college students were selected and divided into sedentary group and exercise group according to the condition of exercise.For sedentary group,the training frequency was less than once a week and the exercise time was less than 30 min;The exercise group participated in exercise more than or equal to 3 times a week,each exercise time was more than 30 minutes,and each exercise intensity was at the level of medium or above.The two groups maintained in two states for more than 16 weeks.Results:After 16 weeks of sedentary,the BMI,waist hip fat ratio,fat mass,visceral fat area of female increased significantly,and skeletal muscle mass decreased significantly.Conclusion:Insufficient physical activity will change the body shape,muscle mass and visceral fat area of college students.
