体医融合视域下社会体育专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Training Mode of Social Sports Specialty from the Perspective of"Sports Medical Integration"

随着“体医融合”政策的推进,“体医融合”人才的短缺为社会体育专业人才培养模式的创新指明了新的方向。在此背景下,专业的体育院校应当将体育教学和现代医学相结合,积极设计出具有学科融合性和治疗针对性的科学康体课程,以此促进社会体育专业“体医融合”型人才的培养。该文首先概述了“体医融合”的概念及背景,然后分析了目前社会体育专业人才培养的困境,最后提出“体医融合”视域下社会体育人才培养模式,旨在为新的社会发展需求形势下社会体育专业人才培养模式的创新提供理论参考。

With the promotion of the"Sports Medical Integration"policy,the shortage of"Sports Medical Integration"talents points out a new direction for the innovation of the training mode of social sports professionals.Under this background,physical education colleges and universities as majors should combine physical education teaching with modern medicine,and actively design scientific and sports courses with discipline integration and treatment pertinence,so as to promote the cultivation of"Sports Medical Integration"talents in social physical education.This paper first summarizes the concept and background of"Sports Medical Integration",then analyzes the current dilemma of social sports talent training.Finally,the social sports talent training mode from the perspective of"Sports Medical Integration"is proposed,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the innovation of social sports professional talent training mode under the new situation of social development demand.
