摘要
该文运用SWOT法对扬州市学校棒垒球裁判员发展现状进行分析,研究发现目前扬州市存在棒垒球裁判数量少、年龄小、业务能力较弱、综合发展定位不清晰、离职频繁等情况。该职业发展空间巨大,如果能善于利用自身优势,妥善消除不利因素,坚持挖掘工作潜能,会迅速得到提拔与破格晋升的机遇。该文提出以协会为主导,营造良好培养环境、个人为主体的自我攀登发展模式的策略。
This paper uses SWOT method to analyze the development situation of baseball and softball referees in Yangzhou schools.The research found that the number of baseball and softball referees in Yangzhou is small,the age is small,the professional ability is weak,the comprehensive development orientation is not clear,and the turnover is frequent.Due to its huge development space,if you can make good use of your own advantages,properly eliminate adverse factors and insist on tapping your work potential,you will quickly get the opportunity for promotion and exceptional promotion.This paper puts forward the strategy of self climbing development model with association as the leading,creating a good training environment and individual as the main body.
