西安市高校高水平运动队生源基地建设的审视

Survey on the Student Source Base Construction of High-Level College Sports Teams in Xi'an

为推动我国体教融合可持续发展,促进西安市高校高水平运动队生源基地建设,该文通过以往文献以及西安市高校高水平运动队当下生源现状,发现西安市高校高水平运动队生源基地建设中,存在省内生源基地培养缺乏体教衔接链、省外生源基地招生缺乏吸引力的两大困局,并进一步对切实加强陕西省内体育传统项目学校基地建设以及省内外生源基地联合培养机制进行了路径分析,以期为切实建设好高校高水平运动队,培养更多高素质体育人才,为促进我国学校体育工作的全面发展提供助力。

In order to promote the sustainable development of sport education integration in China and promote the construction of student source base of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Xi'an,based on the previous literature and the current enrollment situation of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Xi'an,this paper finds out that in the construction of student base of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Xi'an,there are two major difficulties:the lack of sports and education connection chain in the cultivation of student base in the province and the lack of attraction in the enrollment of student base outside the province.It further analyzes the path to effectively strengthen the construction of school base of traditional sports projects in Shaanxi Province and the joint cultivation mechanism of student base inside and outside Shanxi province,in order to effectively build high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,cultivate more high-quality sports talents,and promote the all-round development of school physical education in China.
