摘要
造血干细胞移植是治疗血液肿瘤疾病的有效手段。造血干细胞移植期间许多因素影响血液肿瘤病儿的营养状况,包括放化疗、胃肠道症状、移植物排宿主反应等,造成病儿的营养不良及体成分的变化。营养不良是造血干细胞移植病儿不良预后的独立危险因素,及时有效的营养评估及营养干预支持起到重要作用。肠内营养及肠外营养是造血干细胞移植期间的重要支持手段。本文主要就造血干细胞移植过程中病儿的营养状况变化及营养支持现状进行综述。
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) has been an established treatment for malignant and nonmalignant diseases in children. During HSCT, many factors may impact on the children’s nutritional status.Chemoradiotherapy, symptoms of the gastrointestinal tract and graft-versus-host disease(GVHD),can influence on nutrition intake negatively, leading to rapid deterioration of nutritional status. Malnutrition has been regarded as an independent risk factor for mortality in patients undergoing HSCT. Nutrition support therefore becomes fundamental.Both enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support are important means of support during HSCT. This article reviews the updates of nutritional status and nutritional support of children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
