摘要
经皮内镜下胃造口术(PEG)是指肠内营养(EN)绕过口腔通过胃腔上的造口直接输送到胃肠道,对于吞咽功能障碍而消化功能良好的病人,通过PEG喂养是最安全有效的喂养方式。目前国外多项指南和共识均推荐PEG作为不能经口进食且需长期(> 30 d)EN支持的首选方式。本文通过复习相关文献及指南共识对PEG围手术期(术前准备、术中操作、术后处理)进行综述,为医疗工作者及PEG相关护理人员提供参考。
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) refers to the direct delivery of enteral nutrition(EN) to the gastrointestinal tract through the stoma on the stomach, bypassing the oral cavity. For patients with deglutition dysfunction and good digestive function, PEG feeding is the safe and more-effective method. At present, many Guidelines and Consensus recommend PEG as the preferred choice for patients who need long-term(> 30 d) EN support.Based on this, we reviewed the perioperative measures(preoperative preparation, intraoperative operation, and postoperative management) of PEG by reading relevant literatures and guidelines, providing reference for medical workers and PEG-related nursing staff.
