柴胡应用与指纹图谱研究进展

Research Progress on Application and Fingerprint of Bupleurum

文章对三峡库区道地药材柴胡所面临的现状进行综述性探讨,并对柴胡的应用及指纹图谱进行综述性研究。柴胡作为常用的药材,历史悠久,临床应用广泛。运用系统的HPLC-MS等方法对道地柴胡药材的有效成分进行指纹图谱研究,并进行鉴别、检查、含量测定。

In this paper,the problems faced by the genuine medicinal material Bupleurum in the Three Gorges Reservoir area were explained,and the index fingerprints of Bupleurum were reviewed.Bupleurum,as a commonly used medicinal material,has a long history and is widely used in clinic.The effective components of genuine Bupleurum medicinal materials were studied by HPLC-MS and other methods,and the identification,examination,content determination,heavy metal examination and pesticide residue examination were summarized,therefore,it is significant to control the quality of Bupleurum.
