摘要
粉尘对煤矿工人的健康具有极大的危害。长期吸入粉尘会造成尘肺病,大量的粉尘会降低作业场所的能见度,影响安全生产。针对包头能源李家壕煤矿井下粉尘污染现状,对井下各生产环节的粉尘形成机理与粉尘性质参数开展研究,并研发设计一套适合于李家壕煤矿的音爆雾化高效降尘技术,有效解决了各生产环节微米级粉尘污染问题,经过现场安装实测后,降尘效果显著。
Dust is extremely harmful to the health of coal miners.Long-term inhalation of dust can cause pneumoconiosis.A large amount of dust will reduce the visibility of the workplace and affect safety in production.Aiming at the current status of underground dust pollution in Lijiahao Coal Mine of Baotou Energy,the formation mechanism and dust properties parameters of various production links in the underground were studied,and a set of sound explosion atomization high-efficiency dust reduction technology suitable for Lijiahao Coal Mine was developed and designed.Solve the problem of micron-level dust pollution in various production links.After on-site installation and measurement,the dust reduction effect is significant.
