基于无线传输的瓦斯监控系统设计与应用

摘要 煤与瓦斯突出是一种极其复杂和严重的气斯动态现象。建立基于计算机系统、煤矿安全监测系统、局域网的预警系统,是有效预防煤、瓦斯爆发的前提条件。煤、瓦斯爆发预警系统是一个配套的系统项目,结合了煤矿安全理论、信息技术和早期预警技术。根据防爆技术系统的硬件条件、组织管理结构和特点,分析了气爆预警的原理、逻辑结构和实现过程,基于无线收发芯片nRF2401设计了预警系统的软硬件结构,与传统的有线数据传输系统相比,省略了连接线。实际应用结果表明,监测系统稳定、可靠、准确,具有较大的应用价值。 Coal and gas outburst is an extremely complex and serious gas dynamic phenomenon.Therefore,the establishment of early warning system based on computer system,coal mine safety monitoring system and local area network is the prerequisite for effectively preventing coal and gas explosion.Coal and gas explosion early warning system is a supporting system project,which combines coal mine safety theory,information technology and early warning technology.Combining with the hardware conditions,organization and management structure and characteristics of explosion-proof technology system,this paper discussed the principle,logical structure and implementation process of gas explosion early warning.Based on the wireless transceiver chip nRF2401,the software and hardware structure of early warning system was designed.Compared with the traditional wired data transmission system,it omits the connecting line.The practical application results showed that the monitoring system is stable,reliable and accurate,and has great application value.
