摘要
煤矿机电设备在地下易受到干扰,难以及时传送监控数据,为减小噪声对机电设备数据传输设备的影响,设计智能化煤矿机电设备状态监控系统。在硬件设计中,分别设计数据存储卡接口、数据采集单元电路、数据传输单元射频芯片接收装置,减少噪声对监控系统信号传输能力的影响。在软件设计中,计算机电设备监控数据节点位置,选取距离最小的线路,连接数据节点最佳路径。设计实验中,在无噪声干扰、单干扰源、双干扰源的环境下,分别测试最佳信道通路。根据实验结果可知,随着干扰源的增加以及传感器间距离的增加,数据传输的难度逐渐增大。在智能化煤矿机电设备的数据传输过程中,使用16信道的数据传输效果最好。
Coal mine electromechanical equipment is easy to be disturbed underground and it is difficult to transmit monitoring data in time.In order to reduce the impact of noise on electromechanical equipment data transmission equipment,an intelligent coal mine electromechanical equipment status monitoring system was designed.In the hardware design,the data memory card interface,data acquisition unit circuit,data transmission unit and RF chip receiving device were designed respectively to reduce the impact of noise on the signal transmission capacity of the monitoring system.In the software design,the computer electrical equipment monitors the position of the data node,selects the line with the smallest distance,and connects the best path of the data node.Experiments were designed to test the optimal channel path under the environment of no noise interference,single interference source and double interference source.According to the experimental results,with the increase of interference sources and the distance between sensors,the difficulty of data transmission increases gradually.In the data transmission process of intelligent coal mine electromechanical equipment,the data transmission effect of 16 channels is the best.
