铒激光治疗早期瘢痕的体会

Application experience of Er∶YAG laser in early scar treatment

目的观察2940 nm铒激光对早期瘢痕的干预效果,并探其相关机制。方法选取2016年至2020年300例手术切口缝合或外伤清创缝合后的早期瘢痕患者,在拆线1~2周后开始铒激光干预治疗,治疗前、治疗后应用VSS评分系统对瘢痕情况进行评价。结果所有患者治疗结束后均随访6个月,治疗前与治疗后相比,瘢痕的充血程度、色泽、厚度、柔软度及总分均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论铒激光对早期瘢痕干预效果良好,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of 2940 nm Er∶YAG laser on flesh cars,and to explore the mechanisms of 2940 nm Er∶YAG laser on the prevention and treatment of flesh scar.Methods A total of 300 cases of early scar after incision suture or detrauma suture were selected from 2016 to 2020.Er∶YAG laser intervention was started 1-2 weeks after suture removal.VSS scoring system was used to evaluate scar before and after treatment.Results All cases were followed up for 6 months,and the score of hyperemia degree,color,thickness,flexibility and total score of scar were significantly decreased after laser treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Er∶YAG laser has good effect on early scar intervention with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
