中面部解剖与年轻化手术的临床研究进展

面部衰老已逐渐成为整形美容外科领域的热点,中面部年轻化是其中的重点和难点。中面部的解剖层次包含了SMAS层、支持韧带、软组织间隙等重要结构。基于解剖的中面部年轻化方法众多,本文对中面部提升的各种手术方法进行综述,从最初的皮下分离提紧到SMAS除皱术,以及更深层次的深平面除皱、复合除皱术和骨膜下除皱术,分析了各种方法的优缺点,以期为临床选择提供帮助。

The aging of the face has become the focus in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery.The midcheek is the key and difficulty of facial rejuvenation.The anatomical levels included the important structures such as SMAS layer,supporting ligament and soft tissue space.Methods based on dissection of facial younger is numerous.In this paper,the midface rhytidectomy with various operation method were reviewed,from subcutaneous to superficial musculoaponeurotic system(SMAS)rhytidectomy,deep plane rhytidectomy,composite rhytidectomy and subperiosteal rhytidectomy,their advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed,so as to provide help for clinical choice.
