Application Analysis and Prospect of Prefabricated Assembly Technology in Water Supply and Drainage Plant Projects

随着建筑工业化升级,给排水工程领域加快推广预制装配技术,加速建造技术升级转型已成为发展趋势。本文首先结合结构形式特点将给排水厂站工程建(构)筑物进行分类,并对各型式逐一进行预制装配技术的可行性分析。进一步论述了大中型构筑物装配连接方案的核心技术。然后介绍国内给排水厂站采用预制装配技术的典型工程案例。最后剖析了该领域预制装配技术发展的重难点,并对相关技术应用提出展望。

With the industrial upgrading of civil engineering,accelerating the application of prefabricated assembly technology and the technological transition has been the developing direction.Firstly,the buildings and structures in water supply and drainage projects were classified by structural styles.And the feasibility of the technology used for per style was analyzed.Secondly,assembly connection technology used for water supply and drainage structures were discussed.Then some typical cases of water supply and drainage plant projects used prefabricated assembly technology were introduced.Finally,the key and difficult points in the development process of prefabricated assembly technology were dissected and the future prospects of the relative technology were proposed for water supply and drainage engineering.
