摘要
研究了4种环氧涂层在高温、高压、高盐及酸性条件下的防腐性能,探讨了涂层的防腐机理。采用扫描电镜对试验前后涂层的表面和断面形貌进行了观察,利用电化学阻抗谱对比分析了涂层的防腐性能;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱对涂层的化学结构进行了分析。结果显示,涂层的防腐性能主要取决于其组成聚合物的交联密度、高分子键能、良好的耐热性以及化学结构稳定性。
The corrosion resistance of four epoxy coatings under high temperature,high pressure and high salt corrosion environment were studied,and the anti-corrosion mechanism of the coatings was discussed.The surface and section morphology of the coating before and after the test were observed by scanning electron microscope,the anti-corrosion performance of the coating was compared and analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the structure of the coating was examined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results demonstrated that anti-corrosion properties of the coating mainly depended on the high crosslinking density,high bond dissociation energy,good heat resistance and chemical structure stability of the polymer.
