媒体融合背景下高校全媒体人才培养路径研究

Methods on Cultivating Versatile Media Professionals against the Background of Media Convergence

2020年6月,中央全面深化改革委员会审议通过《关于加快推进媒体深度融合发展的指导意见》,明确指出了当前做好党的新闻舆论工作的关键抓手是推动媒体融合纵深发展,加大全媒体人才培养力度.高校作为全媒体人才培养的关键阵地,要以习近平新闻舆论思想为指导,将马克思主义新闻观贯穿育人全过程,准确对标教育部和中宣部下发的《关于提高高校新闻传播人才培养能力实施卓越新闻传播人才教育培养计划2.0的意见》,加快培养一批政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严的全媒体人才队伍,以不断推进媒体融合纵深发展.本文结合中国传媒大学的全媒体人才培养实践,深入探讨了媒体融合纵深发展背景下高校做好全媒体人才培养的路径与方法.

In July 2020,the CPC Central Committee for Deepening Overall Reform passed the proposal to push forward media convergence.It makes clear that there are two major tasks regarding China?s media industry and public opinion sector:to push forward in-depth media convergence and cultivate versatile news media talents.In order to achieve that goal,universities should work on the cultivation of all-round talents based on Xi Jinping thoughts on journalism and public opinion and Marxist view of journalism.It is also important for universities to act in accordance with the latest guidance of Ministry of Education and Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.This paper argues that there are five approaches to cultivating all-round media professionals in the era of media convergence.These suggested approaches have been practiced at Communication University of China. These five approaches centered on vision, patriotism, creativity, open-mindedness and self-discipline.
