全媒体时代带来了媒介主体格局的变革、传播流动格局的变革,以及人类发展格局的变革.当前全媒体人才培育的三个着力问题和侧重点是,在意识层面培育创作理念与接受实际深度融合的人才,在观念层面培育内容为王与传播优先深度融合的人才,在方法层面培育文字呈现与视觉导向深度融合的人才.在人才培养之上,全媒体时代势必还会引发新闻传播学科发展的新变与完善.

The omnimedia era has brought about great changes in the pattern of media subjects,communication flows and human development.There are three key issues concerning omnimedia talents cultivation:to integrate production ideas with acceptance reality at the level of consciousness,to integrate content priority with communication priority at the conceptual level,and to integrate text presentation with vision orientation at the methodology level.Related to talents cultivation,the omnimedia era is bound to lead to changes and improvements in the development of journalism and communication disciplines.
