洋口港临港工业区污水厂改造工程设计及运行效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 洋口港临港工业区污水厂改造工程中,采用了利旧/改造预处理单元和生化处理单元、新增深度处理单元的改造思路。经过4年多运行在不超出设计进水水质指标值的前提下,出水水质可以稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)表1一级A排放标准和江苏省《化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/939—2020)一级排放标准,有效地改善了园区和近岸沿海水体环境,提升了园区环境质量,为类似化工园区污水处理厂改造提供一定参考。 In the wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)reconstruction project of Yangkou Port Lingang industrial zone,some ideas such as reusing/reforming preprocessing unit and biochemical preprocessing unit,adding advanced preprocessing unit are adopted.After operation for more than four years,the preconditions that the emission threshold of main characteristic pollutants does not exceed the designed influent water quality value,the water quality of effluent can stably meet the first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002)and grade 1 discharge criteria of Jiangsu Province,Major Water Pollutants discharge Standard in Chemical Industry(DB 32/939—2020).The WWTP reconstruction project effectively improved the park and coastal water environment,it also improved the environmental quality of the park,which has a certain reference significance for the renovation of similar chemical park WWTP.
