摘要
高速铁路CRTSⅢ型轨道板平面度的精准控制是轨道板预制最为关键的技术环节,直接关系到高速铁路是否能够平稳运行。本文选取可能会对轨道板平面度产生影响的五种工况进行了大量工程试验,通过数据支撑,提出了“二次洒水+预设反拱”的轨道板平面度控制综合措施。
The precise control of the flatness of the CRTSⅢ track slab of the high-speed railway is the most critical technical link in the prefabrication of the track slab,which is directly related to the smooth operation of the high-speed railway.In this paper,a large number of engineering tests have been carried out on five working conditions that may affect the flatness of the track slab.Based on data support,a comprehensive measure of track slab flatness control of"secondary sprinkling+preset inverted arch"is proposed.
