The Development History, Practical Logic and Experiences of the Enterprise Management Thought of the Communist Party of China in the Past 100 Years

党领导下的中国企业管理思想经历了新民主主义革命、新中国成立到改革开放前、改革开放到党的十八大之前以及党的十八大以来这四个历史时期的百年发展历程。梳理和提炼贯穿百年中国企业管理思想演变的实践逻辑,其主线为:如何看待企业的性质与企业管理的目标任务的关系、如何处理企业管理与企业管理体制机制的关系以及如何促进民主管理与科学管理的融合发展。面向未来,中国企业需继续坚持和发扬我们历经百年时代风云变幻而沉淀下来的企业管理思想中的基本历史经验:充分发挥不同所有制企业对中国经济社会发展的应有贡献和作用;不断优化、理顺政企关系和企业管理体制机制;积极促进中国特色现代企业制度与国际规范接轨;运用恰当的和必要的经济手段来激发企业员工的价值创造热情;促进民主管理和科学管理的融合发展。

Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, Chinese enterprise management thought has experienced a hundred years of development in four historical periods: the new democratic revolution period, the period from the founding of new China to reform and opening up, the period from the beginning of reform and opening up to the 18 th CPC National Congress, the period since the 18 th CPC National Congress.This paper extracts and summarizes three practical logic clues that have run through the evolution of Chinese enterprise management thought in the past century: how to treat the relationship between the nature of enterprises and the objectives of enterprise management, how to deal with the relationship between enterprise management system and enterprise management mechanism, how to promote the integrated development of democratic management and scientific management. Looking to the future, we should carry forward the basic experiences of Chinese enterprise management thought gradually formed through a century.
