肝泡型包虫病侵犯静脉血管的CT特征征象

CT Features of Hepatic Alveolar Echinococcosis Invading Venous Vessels

目的总结肝泡型包虫病侵犯静脉血管的CT特征征象。方法应用Philips 256iCT对患者进行规范化MSCTPV检查并行三维后处理,总结肝泡型包虫病对静脉血管的侵犯征象。结果MSCTPV评估静脉血管受侵的准确性较高。与病理结果进行一致性统计学分析,Kappa值为0.715,具有高度一致性。结论CT特征征象:(1)静脉血管呈截断征象;(2)静脉血管管腔呈偏心性或不规则狭窄;(3)病灶内静脉血管边缘不清,呈“淹没”征象。

Objective To summarize the CT features of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis invading Venous Vessels.Method Philips 256iCT was used to perform standardized MSCTPV examination on the patients and then three-dimensional processing was performed to summarize the vascular invasion signs of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Result MSCTPV has a high accuracy in the evaluation of venous vessel invasion.Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the consistency between Radiological analysis and pathological results,and the Kappa value was 0.715,indicating that the two analysis methods were highly consistent.Conclusion The following CT features help to diagnose venous invasion of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis:(1)signs of venous vessel truncation;(2)The venous vessel lumen is eccentric or irregularly narrowed;(3)The edge of the veins in the lesion was not clear,showing the sign of“drowning”.
