摘要
引入点焊密封胶可在保持力学性能的前提下赋予电阻点焊结构良好的密封性,在轨道交通车辆车体制造中具有较大的应用潜力,然而电弧焊坪修过程对胶焊结构密封性能的影响未知,相关研究的缺失制约了点焊密封胶的应用。文中基于生产实际设计样件和试验流程探究长距离电弧焊接和局部电弧塞焊对胶层烧损、常规和加速老化条件下样件密封性能的影响规律,旨在为胶焊工艺的应用提供理论与技术支撑,推进点焊密封胶的规模应用。
Selant can be apied 1o improve sealing performance of the rsistance welded structure while maintaining the mechanical propeties,which shows promise in body manufacure for rail transit vehicles.However,the infuence of are welding repair,which is an esential poduction poess,on the sealing performance of rsistace weld-bonded stncture is not clear.The lack of rlevant research rstrcts the apcaio of sealant.In this paper,based on the experimental manfatuing conditions,the efe of lngdistance are welding and loeal are plug welding is inesligted by comparing the burmout of selant and sealing performance deradation in nomal and acelerated aging conditions.The resuls can provide a valuable reference for applying repair welding procedures to resistance weld-bonded structures,thus can promote a larger-scale application of sealant.
