SBR/CR复合改性乳化沥青的制备及性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用优选的乳化沥青原材料,制备出性能优异的复合改性乳化沥青,并针对乳化沥青储存稳定性问题,对乳化沥青的粒径大小、微观结构及储存稳定性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:乳化剂掺量低于3.0 wt%时,对乳化沥青的微观粒径和宏观稳定性影响较大;高于3.0 wt%时,影响较小;乳化剂掺量为3.0 wt%时乳化效果最佳,确定其为最佳掺量。对复合改性乳化沥青的3大指标进行了研究,结果表明,丁苯橡胶(styrene butadiene rubber,SBR)+氯丁橡胶(chloroprene rubber,CR)复合改性剂对乳化沥青蒸发残留物的延度、软化点改善明显,5℃延度可达到100cm以上,确定SBR∶CR=2∶1为最佳改性剂掺量。 The raw materials of emulsified asphalt were optimized,and the composite modified emulsified asphalt with excellent performance was prepared.Aiming at the storage stability of emulsified asphalt,the particle size,microstructure and storage stability of emulsified asphalt were studied experimentally.The results showed that when the content of emulsifier was less than 3.0 wt%,the micro-particle size and macro-stability of emulsified asphalt were greatly affected. When it was higher than 3.0 wt%,the influence was small.When the content of emulsifier was 3.0 wt%,the emulsifying effect was the best,so it was determined as the best dosage.Three major indexes of compound modified emulsified asphalt were studied,and the results showed that the ductility and softening point of evaporative residue of emulsified asphalt were obviously improved by styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)+chloroprene rubber(CR)composite modifier.The 5 ℃ ductility of composite emulsified asphalt reached more than 100 cm.SBR∶CR=2∶1 was determined as the optimum modifier content.
