医疗人才“组团式”援藏对西藏医疗卫生发展及铸牢中华民族共同体意识的成效

Effectiveness of the "group-style" assistance of medical talents to Tibet on the development of Tibet′s healthcare and the establishment of the Chinese nation′s community consciousness

自西藏和平解放以来,在中国共产党和中央人民政府的高度重视和亲切关怀下,在全国人民的大力支持下,西藏卫生事业发生了翻天覆地的变化,卫生援藏事业取得了辉煌的成就。西藏自治区从没有一所现代医院到医疗卫生机构覆盖城乡;从缺医少药到医疗人员队伍不断壮大、药械相对充足、设施趋于齐全。医疗卫生机构由和平解放初期的3个增加到1 661个,医疗卫生专业技术人员从不足百人增加到2.2万余人,西藏自治区人民实现了不离乡、不离土就能看病就医的愿望,在家门口就能享受高水平的医疗服务,西藏各族人民的健康水平和生活质量显著提升,这些都是党为人民谋健康伟大实践取得的丰硕成果。医疗人才"组团式"援藏不仅为藏区人民带来了健康、还促进了各民族间的交流融合,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识方面成效卓著。

Since Tibet′s peaceful liberation, with the great attention and cordial care of the Communist Party of China and the Central People′s Government, as well as the support of the national people, Tibet′s health services have undergone earth-shaking changes. Medical assistance to Tibet also has made brilliant achievements. Tibet Autonomous Region has changed from no modern hospital to medical and health institutions full coverage, from few doctors and medicines to the medical staff, equipment and facilities more and more completed. The number of medical and health institutions increase from 3 in the early stage of peaceful liberation to 1 661, and the number of medical professionals increase from less than 100 to more than 22 000. The all ethnic people of Tibet Autonomous Region have realized their desire to receive high-quality medical services without leaving their hometown and the health and quality of life of them have been significantly improved. These are the fruitful results of the Party′s great practice of commitment to health for the people. The "group-style" assistance of medical talents to Tibet not only brings health to the Tibetan people, but also promotes the communication and integration of various ethnic groups, and has achieved outstanding achievements in forging the consciousness of the Chinese nation′s community.
