摘要
分析了旋流器和分级筛各自的分级特点,采用了旋流器替换分级筛、旋流器串联分级筛进行筛前预分级两种技改方案,并与未技改的其他系列进行对比工业试验,明确了2种技改方案的实际应用效果。在二段替换工艺中,旋流器较分级筛有更低的循环负荷和更高的分级效率;在三段组合分级工艺中,旋流器可有效降低分级筛入料量,从而降低系统循环负荷,提高系统分级效率。
The classification features of the cyclone and the classifying screen were analyzed,and two technical innovation schemes involving the replacement of the classifying screen with the cyclone and the series connection of the cyclone and the classifying screen were taken as the pre-classification before screening.After that,the industrial test with the two technical innovation schemes were compared with other series without technical innovation,and actual application effects of the two technical schemes were identified.During two-stage replacement process,the cyclone had lower circulation load and higher classification efficiency compared with the classifying screen;during three-stage combined classification process,the cyclone effectively reduced the feeding amount of the classifying screen,thus the circulation load of the system reduced and the classification efficiency of the system increased.
