Research on optimization of online measurement instruments for mineral beneficiation and application

在选矿生产过程中,在线矿浆粒度对指导生产、节约药剂、控制产品质量和提高回收率等方面起着非常关键的作用。金川集团选矿厂针对OPUS粒度仪存在故障多、投运率低、分析误差大等问题,提出了在线测量仪的优化方案。通过对在线测量仪优化前后的生产数据对比,表明在线测量仪经过优化后运行稳定,能较好地指导生产,可为企业带来良好的经济效益。

In the process of beneficiation,the online particle size of pulp plays a very important role in guiding production,saving reagent,controlling product quality and improving recovery ratio.Since OPUS particle size analyzers used in the concentrator of Jinchuan Group was of many problems such as high fault ratio,low operating ratio and large analysis error,the optimization scheme for online measurement instruments was proposed.After the comparison of the production data before and after the optimization of online measurement instruments,it was showed that the optimized online measurement instruments operated stably,could guide production better and bring excellent economic benefits for enterprise.
