NANHU LABORATORY (PHASE Ⅰ)

南湖实验室新建项目一期工程位于嘉兴市南湖区湘家荡西南侧,项目采用低密度、院落式布局,园区与原有自然环境紧密有机融合,地上地下总建筑面积76,864.75m^(2)。呈现鲜明江南地域特征的顶级实验室:一方面通过精心的策划和定制化设计满足多个院士领衔的科研团队的各种需求,另一方面根植于嘉兴丰厚的江南水乡底蕴。

Project Phase I of the Nanhu Laboratory is located in the southwest to Xiangjiadang,Nanhu District,Jiaxing.Featured with low density and courtyard layout,the new park blends in its surrounding natural environment.Combining areas below and above the ground,it boasts a total area of 76,864.75 m^(2).Top-class laboratory with distinctive Jiangnan geographical characteristics:On the one hand,the project deploys thorough programming and customized design to meet various needs of academician-led research teams.On the other hand,it fuses scientific,humanistic and aesthetic quest in the abundant scenic charm of Jiaxing.The overall park applies modern,concise design to demonstrate features of science spaces,while Jiangnan’s refined elegance finds its place in architectural details.Building material mainly uses grey metal and warm white stone.On facades,distinctive Jiangnan patterns are engraved,responding to local architectural characteristics of white walls and black tiles.
