摘要
测试测量仪器的发展经历了模拟仪器、分立元件式仪器、数字化仪器、智能仪器和虚拟仪器四个阶段。与传统仪器相比较,虚拟仪器的突出优点在于软件,也就是软件是虚拟仪器的核心。虚拟仪器用户可以根据自己的需要灵活地定义仪器的功能,通过不同功能模块的组合可构成多种仪器,而不必受限于仪器厂商提供的特定功能。仪器性能的改进和功能扩展只需相关软件更新,而不需要购买新的仪器,虚拟仪器通过软件功能来实现数据采集与控制、数据处理与分析及数据的显示这三部分的物理功能。其充分利用计算机系统强大的数据处理能力,在基本硬件的支持下,利用软件完成数据的采集、控制、数据分析和处理以及测试结果的显示等,通过软、硬件的配合来实现传统仪器的各种功能。利用虚拟仪器技术开发的仪器升级比较容易。
The development of test and measurement instruments has gone through four stages:analog instrument,discrete component instrument,digital instrument,intelligent instrument and virtual instrument.Compared with traditional instruments,the outstanding advantage of virtual instruments is that software,that is,software is the core of virtual instruments.Virtual instrument users can flexibly define the functions of the instrument according to their needs,and the combination of different function modules can form a variety of instruments without being limited by the specific functions provided by the instrument manufacturer.The improvement and function expansion of instrument performance only requires related software updates,rather than the purchase of new instruments,virtual instruments through software functions to achieve data acquisition and control,data processing and analysis and data display of the three parts of the physical functions.It makes full use of the powerful data processing power of computer system,with the support of basic hardware,uses software to complete data collection,control,data analysis and processing,and display of test results,and realizes the functions of traditional instruments through the combination of hardware and software.It is easy to upgrade the instrument developed by using virtual instrument technology.
