老子“不言之教”教育思想对当代思想政治教育的启示 被引量:1

摘要 "不言之教"是老子道德教化论的主要组成部分和集中体现,它依托于老子的天道观和人性论,在内涵上从"自然之教""希言之教"到"身教"层层递进,在特征上以"道"为本,强调"以身观身",同时也注重受教育者的"无为自化",是对个人主体意识和自由发展的尊重和认同。对于当前的思想政治教育而言,老子"不言之教"的教育思想,不仅有助于发展和创新思想政治教育的模式和方法,而且能够促进教育者在思想政治教育过程中更加重视"身教"示范和受教育者的主体意识。这对于推动思想政治教育朝着更加内隐、间接的方向发展,使其更加具有时代性、实效性和人文关怀,有着一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。 The educational thought"teaching without words",as the essence of Lao Zi’s moral education theory,relies on his view of heaven and human nature.In terms of connotation,it advances layer by layer from"teaching of nature","teaching with less words"to"teaching by examples".In terms of characteristics,it is based on"Dao",emphasizing that"through oneself,one may contemplate oneself",and also pays attention to the"inaction"of the educated".These thoughts respect and recognize individual subject consciousness and free development.For the current ideological and political education,Lao Zi’s educational thought of"teaching without words"not only helps to change and innovate the modes and methods of ideological and political education,but also draws more attention from educators to the demonstration of"teaching by example"and the subject consciousness of the educated in the process of ideological and political education.This promotes the development of ideological and political education in a more implicit and indirect direction,and makes it more contemporary,effective and humanistic,which has a certain reference significance and reference value.
