为贯彻落实《中国(北京)自由贸易试验区总体方案》和《北京市优化营商环境条例》相关要求,深入推进“放管服”改革,按照《北京市政务服务事项告知承诺审批管理办法》规定,进一步优化中国(北京)自由贸易试验区(以下简称北京自贸区)内企业特殊工时办理流程,推行告知承诺制,现将有关事项通告如下。
