摘要
文章分析了产业创新服务综合体与龙头企业互动发展的现实基础,产业创新服务综合体对龙头企业创新发展的支撑作用和龙头企业创新发展对产业创新服务综合体建设的反哺效应,两者互动机理模型,进而提出促进两者互动发展的协同治理机制。
The basis of interactive development of industrial innovation service complex and leading enterprises,the supporting role of the industry innovation service complex to the development of leading enterprises,and the benefits brought about by the leading enterprises’innovation and development to the industrial innovation service complex were analyzed,the interactive mechanism model was established,and the collaborative governance system to promote their interactive development was proposed.
