资本禀赋对农户宅基地退出意愿的影响

On the Effect of Capital Endowment on Farmers’Homestead Withdrawal Intention

基于资本禀赋理论视角,利用全国18个省市的微观数据,运用Logistic模型,实证分析资本禀赋对农户宅基地退出意愿的影响。结果表明,农户的经济资本、社会资本和人力资本均是影响农户宅基地退出意愿的因素;年可支配收入、非农收入占比、受教育程度、非农专业技术培训、身体健康状况均对农户宅基地退出意愿具有显著正向影响;社会信任、社会参与和社会网络对农户宅基地退出意愿具有显著负向影响。东部地区的农户宅基地有偿退出意愿显著高于中西部地区。因此,政府应当增加农户进城就业机会,提高农户收入,对农户进行职业技术培训,并提高政府公信力,增加农户对政府的信任,促进农户宅基地合理退出,盘活农村闲置资源。

From the perspective of capital endowment theory,the impact of capital endowment on farmers’homestead withdrawal intention is analyzed with the Logistic model and the micro data of 18 provinces and cities across China.The results show that farmers’economic capital,social capital and human capital are the main factors.The annual disposable income,the proportion of non-agricultural income,education level,non-agricultural professional and technical training,and physical health status have significant positive impacts.Social trust,social participation and social network have significant negative effects.The farmers’homestead withdrawal intention in eastern China is significantly higher than that in central and western China.Therefore,the government should offer more employment opportunities for farmers,improve their income,provide them with vocational and technical training,and enhance the credibility of the government,so that farmers can trust the government and will withdraw their homesteads,and the rural idle resources would be revitalized.
