摘要
发展“新个体经济”是新时代促进创业就业、推动社会经济发展的重要途径。“新个体经济”从业者体现出独特的社会性、规范性、经济性和技术性等职业特征,技术技能需求也呈现出许多新的特点。与“新个体”培养要求比较,地方高校创新创业课程体系建设明显存在着目标不够清晰、内容不尽完善、实施方式粗放、评价方法缺失等诸多问题。优化创新创业课程体系,需要强化课程目标的针对性,增强课程内容的完整性,保持课程实施的持续性,提高课程评价的有效性。
Developing the“new individual economy”is an important way to promote entrepreneurship,employment and social economy in the new era.The“new individual economy”has unique social,normative,economic and technical characteristics,and the demand for technical skills has many new features.Compared with the training requirements of“new individuals”,there are many problems in establishing the curricular system of innovation and entrepreneurship in local universities,including obscure objectives,imperfect content,extensive implementation methods and lack of evaluation methods.In order to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship curricular system,it is necessary to set targeted courses,complete contents,sustainable curricula,and effective evaluations.
