摘要
针对抽油机井参数调整效果预测方法不完善,提出了运用现代化的数字监测、智能分析等技术开展智能优化运行试验。通过智能精细调节冲次,实现单井最优冲次下,能耗最低、产量最大。某采油区块抽油机井液面两端分化严重,调参潜力巨大,通过自动优化运行调小参13口井节能率达22.47%,系统提高了7.68%;调大参3口井日产液量增加7.25 t,系统效率提高了15.1%。通过实践,泵的充满程度达到85%~90%区间,冲次最优、产量最大、能耗最低,同时提高了工作效率,是当前油气开发实现降本增效的重要手段。
Aiming at the imperfect prediction method of parameter adjustment effect of pumping Wells,the intelligent optimization operation test was carried out by using modern digital monitoring and intelligent analysis technology.Through intelligent fine adjustment of the stroke times,the optimal stroke times of a single well can achieve the lowest energy consumption and maximum output.The two ends of the liquid level of the pumping Wells in a certain oil production area are seriously divided,and the potential of parameter adjustment is huge.The energy saving rate of 13 Wells is 22.47%and the system is increased by 7.68%through the automatic optimization operation.The daily fluid flow of the three Wells increased by 7.25 t and the system efficiency increased by 15.1%.Through practice,the full degree of the pump reaches 85%~90%,which is the best stroke,the largest output,the lowest energy consumption,and at the same time improves the work efficiency,which is an important means to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase in current oil and gas development.
