摘要 碳纤维连续抽油杆相比与传统抽油杆技术具有革命性转变,具有强度高、密度小、耐磨耐腐蚀等特点,可以代替钢质抽油杆,达到降低举升能耗,延长检泵周期的目的。为挖掘碳纤维连续抽油杆节能降耗潜力,探索碳纤维连续抽油杆对不同抽油机的适应性,开展了不同类型抽油机的杆柱优化设计研究,并进行了现场试验和效果评价,为指导后期技术推广应用提供了技术支撑。 Carbon fiber continuous sucker rod technology has a revolutionary change compared with the traditional sucker rod technology,with high strength,low density,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,can replace the steel sucker rod,to reduce the lifting energy consumption,prolong the purpose of pump inspection cycle.In order to explore the potential of carbon fiber continuous sucker rods for energy saving and consumption reduction,and to explore the adaptability of carbon fiber continuous sucker rods to different pumping units,the rod string optimization design of different types of pumping units was studied,and the field test and effect evaluation were carried out,which provided technical support for the later technology promotion and application.
