摘要 为了解决当前国家面临的资源紧缺、环境污染的严峻形势,国家大力推进节能减排工作,要求重点用能单位完成能耗在线监测系统的建设。在此背景下,介绍了国内外石油石化企业能耗在线监测及能源管控现状,阐述了中国海油进行能源管控技术研究的必要性,并进一步结合海上油气田的用能现状、通信条件和能源管理的特点分析了能源管控的建设方向,对有效推动绿色低碳油气田能源管控建设具有指导和借鉴意义。最后,通过示范建设案例说明了海上油气田用能管理系统应用效果。 In order to solve the current situation of resource shortage and environmental pollution facing the country,the state vigorously promotes energy conservation and emission reduction,and requires the construction of an online monitoring system for energy consumption to be completed with key energy units.In this context,this paper introduces the current situation of online monitoring and energy control of energy consumption of domestic and foreign petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,expounds the necessity of research on energy control technology of CNOOC,and further analyzes the construction direction of energy control in combination with the current situation,communication conditions and energy management of offshore oil and gas fields.Finally,the application effect of energy management system in offshore oil and gas fields is illustrated by the demonstration construction case.
