Application of JYKJ Management System in Water Saving Process at Thermal Power Plant

上海上电漕泾发电有限公司(以下简称“漕泾电厂”)坐落于上海化学工业区西端,是响应国家“上大压小、节能减排”环保要求的建设项目,被列为上海市“十一五”重大工程项目。2台1000 MW机组分别于2010年1月和4月完成调试投入商业运行。漕泾电厂水源取自龙泉港山阳镇九龙村河段,龙泉港连接黄浦江和杭州湾,在上海市争创节水城市和集团公司争创节水型企业的号召下,结合“计划-预算-考核-激励”(简称JYKJ)管理体系在节水管理中的运用,遵循PDCA闭环管理推进改造工作,达到节约用水的目的。2019年度已实现100万t废水回收再利用,占总取水量的35%,每年可节约用水成本约392万元,节水效果显著,2020年荣获上海市节水型企业称号。

Shanghai Electrical Shangdian Caohejing Power Generation Co.,Ltd(abbreviation as Caohejing Plant)is located at the western end of Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone,it is a response to the national"apply large and control small,energy conservation and emission reduction"construction project as major projects of Shanghai in the Eleventh Five Year Plan.Two 1000 MW units were commissioned and put into commercial operation in January and April 2010 respectively.Caohejing plant water source is from Jiulong village,Shanyang Town,Longquan port,which connects Huangpu River and Hangzhou Bay.Under the call of Shanghai striving for a water-saving city and the group company striving for a water-saving enterprise,combined with Plan-Budget-Evaluation-Promotion(abbreviation as JYKJ in Chinese)management system applied in water saving management,which follows PDCA closed-loop management to promote the transformation work and achieve the purpose of saving water.In 2019,1 million tons of wastewater has been recycled,accounting for 35%of the total water intake.The annual water cost can be saved by about 3.92 million yuan with remarkable watersaving effect.In 2020,it won the title of watersaving enterprise in Shanghai.
