电机系统能效评估及高效电机推广应用浅析

Analysis on Energy Efficiency Assessment of Motor Systems and Promotion and Application of Efficient Motors

大力推广高效电机不仅能提高整个中国装备制造业的能效水平,还能提高社会整体用电效率。文章分析了基于层次分析法的电机系统能效评估体系,并对20家典型企业进行了评估,认为仍有很大提升空间,为此,建议政府部门加强顶层监管,加大宣传力度,鼓励企业转变营销模式,以促进高效电机的普遍应用。

The effective promotion of high-efficiency motors can not only improve the energy efficiency level of the whole equipment manufacturing industry in China,but also have a great impact on the improvement of the overall electricity consumption efficiency of the society.The article analyzes the energy efficiency evaluation system of motor system based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process and selects 20 typical enterprises to evaluate the energy efficiency of the motors and their systems,and finds that there is still much improvement in the current energy efficiency level of motors,and suggests that high-efficiency motors should be widely promoted.It is sug-gested that government departments should strengthen top-level supervision and increase publicity,and encourage enterprises to change new marketing models to strongly promote the universal application of high-efficiency motors.
