社区孕早期保健的开展对孕妇健康的影响研究

Study on the impact of community early pregnancy care on maternity health

目的探讨社区孕早期保健的开展对孕妇健康的影响。方法选取我社区中心接诊的260例孕妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法进行分组,每组各包括130例。对照组采取常规宣教、指导,观察组联合开展社区孕早期保健,比较2组孕期保健知识掌握水平,以及2组的剖宫产率。结果与对照组比较,观察组孕妇孕期营养、畸形预防及妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压等方面的得分在更高(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率(36.2%)低与对照组(50.8%)(P<0.05)。结论社区孕早期保健的开展可有效提高孕妇保健知识的掌握水平,降低剖宫产率。

Objective To explore the influence of community early pregnancy care on the pregnant women′s health.Methods Two hundred and sixty cases′pregnant women treated in our community center were selected as research objects,and divided into control and observation group according to random number table method(n=130).The women in control group received routine education and guidance,and the community early pregnancy health care were jointly carried out in observation group jointly.The mastery level of pregnancy health care knowledge and cesarean section rate of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of nutrition during pregnancy,malformation prevention,gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section in the observation group(36.2%)was lower than that in the control group(50.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Community early pregnancy health care can effectively improve the level of pregnant women′s health knowledge and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
