摘要
“伊拉斯谟+计划”的实施与发展,创新了欧盟高等教育国际化模式,推动了欧洲国际化教育的发展,奠定了欧洲高等教育的国际地位和影响力。其形成背景、主要内容、实施与发展,对我国地方高校的国际教育发展有很多启示,主要表现在:提高思想认识、注重顶层设计、提升管理队伍、师资队伍国际化、丰富国际化办学形式。
The implementation and development of“Erasmus+program”innovates the internationalization mode of higher education in EU,promotes the development of International Education in Europe,and establishes the international status and influence of European higher education.Its formation background,main contents,implementation and development have much enlightenment for the development of International Education in local colleges and universities in China.The enlightenment is mainly reflected in improving ideological understanding,laying stress on top-level design,enhancing management and teaching staff internationalization,and promoting the diversification of education internationalization.
