摘要
教师职后发展的关键在于教师学习方式的创新。重庆市江北区在实施所承担的学前教育国培、市培项目过程中,基于库伯“体验学习圈”等理论,借鉴国内外其他教师培训的有益经验,创生了“三维共振三段发展”的幼儿园新教师培训模式。该模式强调通过跟岗实践、模拟场景和返岗教学三个阶段,促使幼儿园新教师强化角色认知力、建构系统教育观和提升岗位胜任力。这一模式的实践创新取得了良好效应,极大促进了教师的专业发展,成为“国培”典型案例。未来将通过进一步厘清目标、优化课程与优选师资等方式推动该培训模式的深化发展。
The key to teachers development lies in the innovation of their learning methods.During the implementation of the national and municipal training projects of preschool education undertaken by Jiangbei District of Chongqing City,a“3D Resonance and Three-stage Development”training model for kindergarten teachers was established based on Cooper s theory of Experiential Learning Circle,as well as other previous research on teacher education.This model emphasizes three stages,which are follow-up-class practice,the stimulation of actual teaching scenes,and return-to-their own teaching.It is aimed to encourage new kindergarten teachers to strengthen their role cognition,construct a systematic education mindset,and improve their professional competence.The practical innovation of this model has achieved good results,promoted the professional development of teachers,and has been nominated as a typical case of“national teacher training”project.In the future,through further clarifying goals,optimizing courses,and selecting teachers,an in-depth study on the“3D Resonance and Three-stage Development”training model is expected to be promoted.
