Φ75旋流器在超细高岭土选矿中的应用研究

Application ofΦ75 Cyclone in the Beneficiation of Ultra-fine Kaolin

以龙岩高岭土325目矿浆为原料,用Φ75旋流器进行分选,在进浆压力为0.18kPa、排沙嘴尺寸为12mm的条件下,可将325矿浆中-2μm含量从29.34%提高至39.36%,再使用搅拌磨对其进行一段磨矿,可生产出70级超级高岭土。

Using Longyan kaolin 325 mesh ore pulp as raw material,using aΦ75 cyclone for separation,under the conditions of a slurry inlet pressure of 0.18 kPa and a sand discharge nozzle size of 12 mm,the content of-2μm in the 325 ore slurry can increase from 29.34%to 39.36%,and then use a stirring mill for one stage of grinding to produce 70-grade super kaolin.
