摘要 针对铁路数据中心人工巡检工作存在的问题,文章设计了基于工业物联网架构的铁路数据中心智能巡检系统,介绍了该系统的设计架构和关键技术,实现了数据中心智能化、自动化、可视化巡检。该系统提高了巡检效率和质量,提升了铁路数据中心运维工作的技术水平。 In view of the problems existing in the manual patrol inspection of railway data center, this paper proposed an intelligent patrol inspection system of railway data center based on the industrial Internet of Things architecture, and discussed the design architecture, key technologies and innovation of the system. The system was integrated 5G mobile communication, robot, artificial intelligence and other technologies to complete the data center patrol inspection work,which embodied the design idea of "standardizing people, assisting people, replacing people", implemented the intelligence, automation and visualization of data center patrol inspection work, improved the efficiency and quality of inspection, and reduced the work intensity of manual inspection, promoted the technical level of operation and maintenance of railway data center.
