基于C-IASI无夹焊包边车顶强度试验方法研究

摘要 中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI)介绍了一种适用于门槛底部有垂直夹焊包边车辆的门槛支持系统,用于车身结构强度进行考察,而对于无夹焊包边或具有非垂直包边的车型采用何种形式门槛支撑系统在C-IASI的车顶强度测试规程中并未详细说明。对此,文中采用两种可用于无夹焊包边车型的门槛支撑系统进行车顶强度测试。为避免车门及前风挡玻璃等对试验结果的影响,选用白车身进行车顶强度测试,并对试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:门槛支撑系统形式对试验结果存在一定影响,且采用门槛约束的方式进行车顶强度试验,能够更真实地反映车顶强度试验结果。 A threshold support system suitable for vehicles with vertical pinch welded edges at the bottom of the threshold was introduced by China insurance automobile safety index(C-IASI),which was used to investigate the structural strength of the vehicle body.However, the form of threshold support system for vehicles without pinch welded edges or with non-vertical edges was not described in detail in the roof strength test specification of C-IASI.In this paper, two kinds of threshold support systems that could be used for vehicles without pinch welding and edging were used for roof strength test.In order to avoid the influence of door and front windshield glass on the test results, BIW was selected for roof strength test, and the test results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the form of threshold support system has a certain influence on the test results, and the roof strength test by using threshold restraint can more truly reflect the roof strength test results.
