摘要 针对当前大规模测试系统中多种类型的模拟量参数需要进行高精度采集的现状,为了解决模拟量参数在传输时相互干扰和远距离传输的问题,设计了采用千兆以太网通信的多节点数据采集系统。整个系统以FPGA为主控,通过定制以太网与RS485总线传输协议,完成了对多节点模拟量信号的数据采集。千兆以太网物理层部分选用88E1111,实现了数据的高速传输。在某型号测试结果显示,该系统完成了多节点数据采集功能,数据传输正确。 Aiming at the current situation that the various types of analog parameters in the current large⁃scale test system re⁃quire high⁃precision acquisition,in order to solve the problem of mutual interference and long⁃distance transmission of analog pa⁃rameters during transmission,a multi⁃node data acquisition system adopting gigabit ethernet communication was designed.The whole system was controlled by FPGA,and the data acquisition of multi⁃node analog signals was completed by customizing ether⁃net and RS485 bus transmission protocol.The 88E1111 was selected as part of the physical layer of gigabit ethernet to realize high⁃speed data transmission.The test results of a certain model show that the system complete the multi⁃node data collection function,the data transmission is reliable and error⁃free.
