Research on the Intelligent Application of Elderly Facilities--Take the SDIC Healthy Yancheng Senior Apartment Project as an Example

养老设施智能化应用已成为一种趋势,当代建筑如何更好地应用智能化系统成为亟待研究的问题。本文以国投健康盐城长者公寓项目为研究案例,以养老设施智能化应用为研究对象,旨在研究建筑与智能化系统如何更好地深度协作,共同服务于不同的老年客群。文章首先介绍了养老设施智能化应用不足产生的问题,其次梳理不同老年客群智能化应用的差异需求,最后探索在工程案例中基于差异需求解决实际问题。

The intelligent application of elderly facilities has become a trend,and it is an urgent problem to be studied that how to better apply the intelligent system in contemporary buildings.This paper takes the SDIC Health Yancheng Senior Apartment Project as a research case and the intelligent application of old-age facilities as a research object.Trying to find the way,how to better cooperate in depth between buildings and intelligent systems,it could serve different groups of the aged.Firstly,the paper introduces the problems arising from the lack of intelligent application for old age.Secondly,it combs the different needs of intelligent applications of different elderly groups.Finally,explores the practical problems solved in engineering cases based on the different needs.
