摘要
文章以某相邻建筑为例,利用有限元建模分析方法,建立上下协同的三维有限元模型,模拟研究预拆建筑拆除后,对其周边邻近建筑的不利影响。结果表明,预拆建筑拆除后,对周边地层和10号楼的应力和变形均会产生一定影响。因此,建议在未对10号楼进行有效保护的情况下,暂时不要对预拆建筑进行拆除。
Taking an adjacent building as an example,using the finite element modeling and analysis method,this paper establishes a threedimensional finite element model of up-down cooperation,and simulates the adverse impact on the surrounding adjacent buildings after the demolition of pre demolished buildings.The results show that the demolition of the pre demolished building will have a certain impact on the stress and deformation of the surrounding strata and building 10.Therefore,it is recommended not to demolish the pre demolished buildings temporarily without effective protection of building 10.
