Application Research on Intelligent Construction of Prefabricated Buildings

随着时代的不断发展,工程建造行业对智能化、智慧化建设的需求越来越高,IoT、BIM、VR等新技术的应用给工程建造行业带来机遇的同时,也提出了挑战。文章就如何在项目中应用智慧技术,搭建智慧建造管理平台,结合爬架荷载实时监测系统、消防水智能监测和环境监测以及BIM技术的应用,实现对建筑施工过程进行及时、精准地管理。

With the continuous development of the times,the engineering construction industry has higher and higher demand for intelligent and intelligent construction.While the application of new technologies such as IOT,BIM,VR and other new technologies brings both opportunities and challenges to the engineering construction industry.This paper proposes to apply intelligent technology in the project to build intelligent construction management platform.Combined with the real-time monitoring system of climbing load,intelligent monitoring of fire water and environmental monitoring and the application of BIM technology,it achieves timely and accurate management of the construction process.
