摘要
本文从城市轨道交通钢轨运维现状出发,结合故障诊断与健康管理(PH M)技术体系深入调研城市轨道交通钢轨的运维需求,论述PH M技术在钢轨运维管理中的可行性和优越性,并提出初步的钢轨智慧化运维系统框架,以期为城市轨道交通钢轨的智慧化运维提供解决思路,提升钢轨运维的安全性和经济性。
Starting from the current development status of rail operation and maintenance of urban rail transit,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on rail operation and maintenance needs of urban rail transit combined with the Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)technology system,and discusses the feasibility and superiority of PHM technology in rail operation and maintenance management.Besides,the preliminary system framework of intelligent rail operation and maintenance is proposed to provide solutions for the smart rail operation and maintenance of urban rail transit,and improve the safety and economy of rail operation and maintenance.
