延安文学中的医疗卫生叙事与空间政治

Narration of Medical Care and Space Politics in Yan’an Literature

与五四文学中“人的启蒙”的主题不同,延安文学主要承担着现代民族国家的建设需求,以“阶级启蒙”为主要任务。其中,医疗卫生叙事是不可忽略的叙事方式。在卫生本体层面,医疗卫生叙事展示了“西医下乡”的图景。在社会隐喻层面,医疗改造的进程深化了阶级启蒙的观念。在话语理论层面,国家借助医疗空间的扩张,将现代医疗体系制度化,并将现代医学对国民的治疗内化于民族现代性的框架之中。最终,现代医疗制度取代传统医疗体系而确立,民族现代性的宏大叙事得以正常展开。

Different from the theme of“human enlightenment”in May 4th literature,Yan’an literature mainly undertakes the construction demand of modern nation-state with“class enlightenment”as its main task.Among them,the narration of medical and health care can not be ignored.At the level of health ontology,the narration of medical health shows the prospect of“Western medicine going to the countryside”.At the level of social metaphor,the process of medical reform deepens the concept of class enlightenment.In terms of discourse theory,the state institutionalizes the modern medical system with the help of the expansion of medical space,and internalizes the treatment of the citizens by modern medicine within the framework of national modernity.Finally,the modern medical system replaces the traditional medical system and establishes the grand narrative of national modernity.
