扶贫产业在乡村振兴中的转型与延伸——以广西大新县为例

Transformation and Extension of Poverty Alleviation Industry in Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Daxin County

“十四五”开局之年,既需要总结扶贫的科学经验,也要直面大力实施乡村振兴战略的新使命。文章通过案例分析法、调查研究法、文献分析法等方法以广西大新县扶贫产业培育为例,分析扶贫产业与乡村振兴的有机衔接,通过对大新县扶贫产业培育的现状及问题分析,提出扶贫产业在乡村振兴视阈下实现转型和升级的现实性。从产业规划引领、长效机制建立、生产要素驱动三个方面着手,为进一步实现全面可持续脱贫,乡村全面振兴建言献策。

In the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan,we need not only summarize the scientific experience in poverty alleviation,but also face up to the new mission of vigorously implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Through case analysis,investigation and research method,literature analysis method,this paper takes Daxin county poverty alleviation industry cultivation in Guangxi Autonomous Region for example and analyzes the organic connection of poverty alleviation industry and rural revitalization,the current situation and problem analysis,and puts forward poverty alleviation industry under rural revitalization of the transformation of reality and upgrading.Starting from three aspects of industrial planning,establishment of long-term mechanism and drive of production factors,it makes suggestions for further realizing comprehensive and sustainable poverty alleviation and comprehensive aspects of rural revitalization.
